SIX Swiss listing of Avantis Global Small Cap Value UCITS ETF Announcement

A listing of a share class of the following sub-fund of the ICAV (the "Sub-Fund"):

The ICAV is an Irish collective asset-management vehicle with variable capital constituted as an umbrella fund with segregated liability between funds formed in Ireland under the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 and 2020 under registration number C535116 and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as a UCITS pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations, 2011 (as amended).

The ICAV is managed by Waystone Management Company (IE) Limited, 35 Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The Sub-Fund and the prospectus of the ICAV have been approved for offering to non-qualified investors in Switzerland by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA in accordance with the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act. The prospectus of the ICAV has not been approved by or registered with a Swiss review body and does not comply with the disclosure requirements applicable to a prospectus approved by a Swiss review body under the Swiss Financial Services Act.

The listing on SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd ("SIX Swiss Exchange") of the below-mentioned shares of the Sub-Fund has been applied for according to the regulatory standard for collective investment schemes, with the first day of trading for the shares on 20 June 2025:
